SPIGWAY EnIMini / Finch

Compact gateway for constrained installations.

EnIMini, also referred to as Finch, is the compact member of the SPIGWAY family. It carries the same framework and management model in a smaller footprint and lower power envelope, for cabinets and enclosures with no room to spare.

The problem

Why it exists

Not every connection point has space, power or budget for a full gateway — but a smaller device that cannot be managed the same way just creates a second fleet to look after.

Key capabilities
  • ·Compact footprint and low power draw
  • ·Core protocol conversion and telemetry
  • ·Local buffering
  • ·Same C3F framework as the full family
  • ·Same SPIEngine management path
Interfaces
EthernetRS485BLEDigital I/O
Deployment

Small enclosures, distributed installations and per-machine deployments.

Security
  • · Distinct device identity
  • · Authenticated platform connection
  • · Encrypted transport
  • · Signed firmware images
  • · Access-controlled remote sessions
Platform integration

How it fits the stack

L2 · C3F

Runs C3F with a reduced module set matched to the hardware profile.

L4 · SPIEngine

Appears in the same registry and console as every other device family.
